Consumer-Directed Health Care: Where It Is Heading, Why and When
An Audioconference With Professor Regina Herzlinger

Consumer-directed health (CDH) plans continue to increase market share at a steady pace, and a variety of economic and regulatory factors are expected to drive this revolutionary insurance product in 2005 and beyond. How fast will CDH grow, why, when and in what form? No industry analyst is more qualified to address these key questions than Regina Herzlinger, professor of business administration at Harvard Business School, one of the health care industry's most astute and well-respected observers, and a leading national authority on consumer-directed care.

Sponsored by Atlantic Information Services, Inc., publisher of Inside Consumer-Directed Care, Managed Care Week and other health care business news and information.

In this exclusive audience with Professor Regina Herzlinger, you'll hear an overview of her most recent research, an assessment of the current CDH movement, and projections of where CDH is likely to take the health care industry.

You'll get answers to macro questions such as:

  • What do results from early adopters indicate about the future of CDH?
  • Why is consumer-directed health care here to stay?
  • When is its impact likely to be the greatest?
  • Where will the impact of consumer-directed care be felt the most?
