Bulk Subscription Orders and Site Licenses

AIS offers a number of easy, affordable options if you wish to redistribute (or you’d like AIS to distribute) multiple copies of your newsletter on a regular basis. Print copies can be mailed individually from AIS, or sent to you bulk for internal distribution. Electronic copies can be redistributed internally by your office, or AIS can e-mail multiple copies directly to your top managers. Additional services allow you to distribute individual articles on an occasional basis to a specified number of internal managers, instead of delivering an entire newsletter each time it is published.

For information on AIS’s very reasonable rates for these and other services that can be tailored to your individual needs, contact Bailey Sterrett at 800-521-4323 (ext. 3034) or bsterrett@aispub.com.

Requests to Reprint or Post Individual Articles

For information and our very reasonable rates for reprinting or posting one or more articles published by AIS, please contact Customer Service Director Gwen Arnold at garnold@aispub.com or 202-775-9008 (ext.3068).

The Successful Delivery of E-mail Newsletters

To assure the reliable delivery of AIS’s two free e-newsletters (Government News of the Week and AIS's Health Business Daily ), which may be blocked by a customer’s SPAM filter, please notify your Information Systems staff to "whitelist" webmaster@magnetmail.com to make sure that you receive these e-mails.

For more information on these free e-mail newsletters, or to sign up for the distribution list, please go to http://www.magnetmail.net/actions/atlantic_subscription.cfm.

The Successful E-mail Delivery of PDFs

AIS’s print newsletter subscriptions typically include an option that allows subscribers to receive a free PDF edition of the newsletter by e-mail on the date of publication. This free service — which is sent from aisalert@aispub.com — brings you the news faster and allows you to store it on your desktop, for convenient retrieval when you wish. But many bulk PDFs of this nature are now blocked by corporate SPAM filters, so if you signed up for PDF delivery but are not receiving it, or wish to in the future, please notify your Information Systems staff to "whitelist" aisalert@aispub.com to make sure that you receive these e-mails.

If you're a subscriber to a print newsletter and would like to sign up to also receive the PDF version, please contact AIS Customer Service at the address below.
