City construction companies in exchange for about
$1 million in kickbacks to a purchasing official at
New York Presbyterian Hospital, according to federal
prosecutors. A construction company owner now faces
five years in prison and a $250,000 fine.

hired Rachelle Wan as vice president of pharmacy
trade relations. She was corporate account manager at
Amgen, Inc.
Presbyterian Hospital,
in Van Nuys, Calif., appointed Judith Maass vice
president and chief nursing officer. Maass was vice
president of patient care services at Verdugo Hills
Hospital, a 158-bed acute-care community hospital
in Glendale. |
