MedX Health Corp., a manufacturer of phototherapy medical devices, appointed Steven Guillen president and director. He replaced Phil Passy, who recently passed away. Guillen was CEO of OXIS International, Inc.… Adaptis, a business process outsourcing vendor for health payers, hired Jan Claesson as senior vice president and chief business development officer.
