…shares of WellPoint stock were sold by its former president and CEO, Larry Glasscock, between Feb 6 and Feb. 27, when the sale price hovered between $73.90 and $78.94. The stock closed at $47.26 after WellPoint revised its earnings projections on March 11. Glasscock retired last year.

Health Affairs named Susan Dentzer editor-in-chief, effective May 1. Dentzer is the lead health correspondent for PBS's The NewsHour with Jim Lehrer and was chief economics correspondent at U.S. News & World Report and senior business writer at Newsweek.…The Ohio Association of Health Plans (OAHP) has elected new officers for the statewide trade association of health plans. Kathleen Crampton, chairman of the board of Buckeye Community Health Plan, will serve as chair of OAHP. Fred Hyser, director of national accounts for Aetna, Inc., will serve as vice chair. And Lisa Bateson, staff vice president of state affairs for Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, will serve as treasurer.
